From P.O. to P.O.D.
The customer’s contact person is responsible for the pick up of the air or ocean order from the supplier at the shipments origin, provision of shipment instructions as agreed with the customer, following the shipment’s arrival to port of destination, following the goods classification and customs clearance, and finally the shipping of the goods to the customer’s premises or distributing it to various recipients. Shipment tracking is at invoices or P.O. level.
Part Number Tracking
FC Group developed an Internet technology-based order management software, which provides P.O. Match services as well as down-to-part number level P.O. follow up.
Customs Clearance
Custom clearance services are provided as part of the import service and include professional classification of goods and their clearance in accordance with the Israeli Customs regulations.
In addition, we offer our customers pre-shipment consultation regarding import legality regulations and different trade agreements, setting up an item classification data bank for our customer, as well as handling of import licenses and authorizations.
Trailer Services ,Between Air and Ocean Forwarding
Inter Modal service is a door to door service combining ocean and surface transportation. The trailers are loaded on Ro-Ro (Roll on Roll out) ships and transported inland in Europe from the supplier’s door to the originating import port, or from the port of export to the door of the recipient. This service is an interim solution between air and ocean shipment in terms of cost and schedule.
Special Services
Expert handling of perishable shipments, operation of charter flights to different destinations around the world. Weekly consolidation (Groupage) services to/from most destination ports, collection of shipments in air and ocean ports, handling of Oversized Freight and hazardous materials shipments, Drop shipments from one country to another and more.
